FREE CREDITS PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• • The Free Credits Promotion (“the Promotion”) will run between 00:01 on Monday, 1 July 2024 and 23:59 on 30 June 2025 (“the promotional period”). 
  • The Promotion is valid for 2024/25 Sharks Season Ticket Holders (“Season Ticket Holders”) who register to become Hollywoodbets account holders or who are already Hollywoodbets account holders and purchase a Sharks Season Ticket (“participants”).  
  • Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Promotion.
  • Free Credits will be awarded to all participants, subject to point 5, in respect of season tickets purchased during the promotional period.
  • Free Credits are only applicable to Season Ticket Holders in the following categories – Gold, Bronze and Disabled.
  • Free Credits will be applied to the account once Hollywoodbets has received confirmation of the payment and registration of the season ticket from the participant, who has expressly given his/her permission for their information to be supplied to Hollywoodbets for further verification purposes.
  • Free Credits will be allocated monthly as per the table set out in point 19 below.  A “Start Up” credit will be applied once the Hollywoodbets account has been opened.  Thereafter, the monthly Free Credit will be issued at the beginning of each month following the month in which the Start Up credit was allocated.  For the avoidance of doubt, a person who purchases a season ticket and registers an account or is an account holder, in August will receive a Start Up credit in August and will then be eligible for the monthly Free Credits from September onwards. 
  • If the Free Credits are not allocated within 24 hours of a new month, the Season Ticket Holder must send an email to SharksSupport@hollywoodbets.net  with “Hollywoodbets and The Sharks Free Credit” in the subject line, along with their Hollywoodbets account number.
  • The Free Credits will be allocated to the client’s Available Wallet and will be subject to the General Terms & Conditions.
  • The Free Credits allocated must be turned over (staked) once in full.  Where bets are taken on the sportsbook these bets must be taken at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or above to qualify as being turned over.
  • Any participants suspected to be in breach of points 10 and 11 will have their Free Credits revoked for the duration of the Promotion.
  • Hollywoodbets will not be responsible for any losses that are incurred as a result of action taken under point 12 above. 
  • Betting on sportsbook multiples is permitted subject to the odds of the multiple bet exceeding 5/10 (0.5 decimal odds).
  • Free Credits will expire at 23:59 on the last day of each month if not used within that month and will not carry over to the following month.
  • Free Credits are non-transferable.
  • Free Credits are allocated per Hollywoodbets account holder and not per season ticket. In other words, where 10 season tickets are purchased, then 10 separate qualifying individuals must provide the necessary information in order to open 10 separate Hollywoodbets accounts for the season.
  • A season ticket purchased by a company can only participate in this Promotion once it is allocated to an individual. Thereafter, the Free Credits shall be applied to that individual only.

19. Free Credits are defined as per the below table per participant: 

• • The Promotion is intended for recreational purposes and for 2024/25 Sharks Season Ticket Holders who are or register to become Hollywoodbets account holders. Should a participant be suspected of abusing the spirit of the bonus, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded, along with disallowing the participant from participating in future promotions.
  • Syndicate betting is prohibited and participants found to have duplicate accounts or attempting to open duplicate accounts will have their bonuses and resultant winnings removed from all of their accounts.
  • The Free Credits must be turned over in full before a withdrawal may be made. However, a withdrawal of any winnings over and above this stipulated sum is permitted.
  • Participants’ betting patterns may be monitored and Hollywoodbets, in its sole discretion, may revoke any Free Credit and shall not be responsible for any losses that are incurred by the participant.
  • Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
  • Hollywoodbets also reserves the right to disallow certain participants the Free Credit.
  • Hollywoodbets reserves the right to request FICA documentation, for whatever reason, from any participant prior to the account being credited with the Free Credit.
  • Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award the Free Credit should irregular activity be noted.
  • Every Hollywoodbets account holder participating in the Promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
