Yes it is. Season Tickets have been renamed membership passes.
Memberships for the 2025/2026 season go on sale from Monday, 2 June 2025. You will receive a renewal mailer (which is effectively your invoice), with your current seats on our profile listed. Click the link on the mailer and it will take you to the renewal process or alternatively you can renew directly at The Sharks Ticket Office.
Yes you can. You will need to go to the Sharks ticket office, located on Isaiah Ntshangase Road to choose your new seats and to complete the seat change process.
Renewing by 26 June 2025 gives you:
A 10% renewal discount on your membership pass.
Priority access to purchase tickets for:
The SA vs. Argentina test match in Durban (27 September 2025).
The other Rugby Championship Springbok test matches in South Africa.
No. Please note that due to changes in SARU’s test match hosting model, Springbok test match tickets can no longer be included in membership packages. Previously, when The Sharks hosted test matches on behalf of SARU, we were able to offer test match tickets as part of the benefits package for membership passes (season tickets). Going forward, SARU exclusively own all rights relating to test matches, and together with their appointed agent, SARU now manage all pricing and sales of test tickets.
Yes. As a valued membership holder (should you renew your membership pass by the 26th June window, you will benefit from SARU’s Progressive Loyalty programme:
You will receive exclusive priority access to purchase test match tickets for matches at Hollywoodbets Kings Park and other venues in South Africa.
Note: You will not be able to purchase test match tickets for the exact same seats as your membership. SARU will try to provide similar seating, but this cannot be guaranteed.
The first home match is scheduled for Saturday, 18 October 2025, against Ulster.

Big Game Pass: Guaranteed seat for six of the biggest Hollywoodbets Sharks home games of the season (excluding playoffs).
Your value-added benefits booklet will be available for collection from 5 August 2025 at The Sharks Ticket Office.
