South AfricaSince returning from his stint with the Cheetahs last year, Khutha Mchunu has steadily started to stamp his authority in the Cell C Sharks’ front row.
Born 23 years ago in Greytown, Mchunu gained Craven Week selection from Glenwood in 2015
Following the annual Kearsney Easter Rugby Festival, he was offered a contract by the Cell C Sharks, but, in 2020, joined the Cheetahs on a loan deal.
It was a great learning experience, with Mchunu also getting much-needed game time, but he’s back in KZN now and raring to go for the Cell C Sharks.
