At 1.91 m and 139kgs, IG Prinsloo is a mammoth front-row acquisition from the 2022 Currie Cup Premier Division champions, the Pumas. In terms of sheer size, Prinsloo has joined the Hollywoodbets Sharks at just the right time to fill the void left by big Springbok Thomas du Toit (1.89 m, 136 kg), who is now plying his trade with Bath in England. The 26-year-old Prinsloo also had a stint with the Blue Bulls (2016-17), and gained valuable Northern Hemisphere experience with the Southern Kings during their Pro14 campaign of 2019/20.
