South AfricaHaving previously manned the front rows of both Griquas and the Pumas, Khwezi Mona was educated at Selborne College in East London before launching his professional career at The Sharks Academy and turning out for the Cell C Sharks between 2012 and 2014.
Mona was a member of the Vodacom Cup-winning Pumas outfit of 2015 and eventually accumulated 50 caps for the Mpumalanga-based team.
Following a short stint with the Southern Kings in 2018, he signed with Griquas, where he starred in their successful Rugby Challenge campaign of 2019.
